1. About Us
ebuy-infinity (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a licensed online marketplace registered in Bangladesh (Reg# 005804/2025) with its office at 60 North Dhanmondi, Dhaka-1205. We provide a platform for independent sellers to display and sell their products, and for buyers to purchase them.

We are a facilitator only, we do not manufacture, own, or control the listed products. All sales are contracts directly between the seller and the buyer.

2. Scope of Use
By accessing our website, app, or services (“Platform/Marketplace”), you agree to comply with these Terms, all applicable Bangladeshi laws, and any policies incorporated by reference.
a. Buyers must use the Platform only for lawful personal purchases.
b. Sellers must comply with our separate Seller Agreement and Bangladesh e-commerce laws.
c. ebuy-infinity may suspend or terminate accounts that violate laws, policies, or these Terms.

3. Marketplace/Platform Role & Liability
a. ebuy-infinity provides a neutral online platform for transactions.
b. We are not responsible for product quality, warranties, or delivery obligations of sellers.
c. We are not liable for disputes, delays, or losses arising from buyer-seller transactions.
d. For drop shipping or third-party fulfillment, the seller remains fully liable for delivery, returns, and consumer rights but ebuy-infinity will lead the process if required.

4. User Responsibilities
a. Buyers: Must provide accurate information, respect consumer protection rules, and avoid fraudulent or illegal activity.
b. Sellers: Must provide genuine products, correct descriptions, comply with Tax/VAT or other rules of NBR and GoB orders or rules, and avoid prohibited goods under Bangladesh law.
c. Any misuse (fraud, fake accounts, intellectual property violations, harmful content, or illegal products) may result in legal action.

5. Payments & Refunds
a. Payments may be processed by approved third-party providers (subject to Bangladesh Bank rules).
b. Refunds, returns, and replacements are subject to our Refund & Return Policy, Seller Agreement and the Buyers Terms and Conditions.
c. ebuy-infinity has the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions without liability.

6. Intellectual Property
a. All Platform content, software, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to ebuy-infinity and protected under Bangladeshi law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Indemnity
a. Users (buyers and sellers) agree to indemnify and hold harmless ebuy-infinity, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their activities on the Platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
a. The Platform is provided “as is” without guarantees of accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted access.
b. ebuy-infinity disclaims liability for product defects, delayed deliveries, inaccurate listings, or seller misconduct.
c. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (e.g., lost profits, data, goodwill).

9. Prohibited categories:
a. The following types of content are ineligible to monetize: Misinformation, Content that has been rated false by a third-party fact-checker, Misleading medical information, Content that contains medical claims that have been disproven by an expert organization. Including, but not limited to, anti-vaccination claims, Unoriginal content.

b. Content creators and publishers can only monetize content that they created or were involved in the creation of, or that directly features the creator or publisher. Content that is unoriginal or reproduced without making meaningful enhancements (commentary, parody, creative editing etc.) cannot be monetized.

10. Restricted categories:
a. Content that depicts or discusses subjects in the following categories may face reduced or restricted monetization. Debated social issues, Content may be subject to reduced or disabled monetization if it depicts or discusses the following subjects in a polarizing or inflammatory manner: Race, Gender, National origin, Age, Political affiliation, Ethnicity, Disability, Sexual orientation, Socioeconomic class, Religion, Immigration, Tragedy or conflict.

b. Content may face reduced or disabled monetization if it displays or discusses events that result in suffering, destruction or distress. Depictions or discussions of these subjects, either real or fictional, may affect monetization for your content: Death, Physical injury, Mental disabilities, Illness, Physical abuse, Sexual abuse, Emotional abuse, Property damage, Objectionable activity.

c. Content may face reduced or disabled monetization if it displays or discusses substance abuse or criminal behavior. Depictions or discussions of these subjects, either real or fictional, may affect monetization for your content: Substance abuse, Threats, Advocating for harm, Trafficking, Theft, Vandalism, Trespassing, Corruption, Fraud, Bribery, Insider trading, Embezzlement, Hacking, Copyright infringement, Judicial proceedings, Sexual or suggestive activity.

d. Content may face reduced or disabled monetization if it contains sexual subject matter. Depictions or discussions of these subjects, either real or fictional, may affect monetization for your content: Nudity, Sexual activity, Sexual poses, Suggestive dancing, Simulations of sexual activity, Sex objects, Suggestive language, Revealing or absent items of clothing, Strong language.

e. Content may face reduced or disabled monetization if it contains profane or derogatory language. This language, either spoken, written or otherwise represented, may affect monetization for your content: Profanity, Derogatory words, Slurs, Sexual words, Innuendos, Crude gestures, Vulgar motions, Explicit content.

f. Content may not be monetized if it displays or discusses gore or bodily conditions. Depictions of these subjects, either real or fictional, may affect monetization for your content: Wounds, Infections, Bodily fluids, Medical procedures, Food processing, Extreme body modification, Bodily functions, Ingesting substances not intended for consumption, Ingesting nauseating substances, Decay, Infestation.

11. Termination
a. ebuy-infinity reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and services immediately for violations of law, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
a. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
