1. Eligibility for Refund:
a) To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should be unworn, unwashed and without any flaws, it must also be in the original packaging.
b) Items that are damaged/broken/changed shape by the buyer, or used, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
c) Fashion or any other products, if a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
d) Refund requests must be made within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product, otherwise, it won’t except.

2. Refund Process:

b) Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
c) If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days, courier service cost may apply for returning the items.

3. Late or Missing Refunds:
a) If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame (5 to 7 working days after initiating refund), please check your bank account again and contact your card issuer bank or MFS. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
